Privacy Policy for Calendar Plus

TL;DR: Calendar Plus stores, but does not share, which accounts and administrators have Calendar Plus installed for customer support purposes. It also collects information on how and how often the product is used, information to support continued performance of the product, and how many active accounts and users are active.
In this policy, we lay out what data we collect and why.
Information collected
Calendar Plus collects information using the following third-party tools:
- Mixpanel — Basic product usage data to support continued development and a performant product
- Plausible — Basic web traffic analytics
- Sentry — Application error tracking to aid in bug resolution and support requests
- Axiom — Application and HTTP access logs to aid in bug resolution, support requests, and security matters
- Tawk.to — Allows customers to chat with automagical.work
In detail, we collect the following information:

Server logs | HTTP traffic and server application logs are collected for monitoring and to help debug any customer issues. Sensitive information like authentication tokens are redacted from logs before sending them to our logging DraftModeProvider. | Axiom |

Information stored
- ✅ Calendar Plus stores each customer’s account identifier, account name, installing user’ identifier, installing user’ email address, and subscription status for the purposes of customer support. This information is stored in Western Europe. This information is NOT shared with third parties, and the identifying information is redacted within 10 days of app uninstallation.
- ✅ Board item content is cached in your users' browsers to ensure acceptable performance. No content is stored on our servers or shared with third parties.
- ✅ Data gathered by Mixpanel, Plausible, and Sentry (as described under Information collected) is stored in the European Union.
Information NOT stored
- ❌ Neither we, nor a third party, store customer business names.
- ❌ Neither we, nor a third party, store personal names, end user email addresses, or IP addresses. The only exception are the identifiers and email address of the installing account and user, which are stored for customer support and policy update purposes for the duration that the application is installed in the account.
- ❌ Neither we, nor a third party, store monday.com account or board content.
Support and feedback
If you submit your personal information to us as part of feedback or a support request, we retain that information for as long as is required to process your feedback or support request. You are entitled to request your personal information be removed or amended at any time, and will do so within a reasonable time frame.
Requested permissions
Calendar Plus requests the following monday.com permissions:

Changes and questions
We may update this policy as needed to comply with relevant regulations and reflect any new practices. As the policy is updated, we will update the Last Updated date near the bottom of this page.
