View CRM meetings in monday.com
Schedule meetings with your CRM contacts
If you didn't know already, monday CRM allows you to schedule meetings with your contacts straight from your contact's Emails & Activities (opens in a new tab) tab. Monday then creates the appropriate meeting in your Google Calendar or Outlook Calendar, and sends an invite to your contact.

As these meetings run from start time to end time, monday's own calendar cannot properly show them.
Monday's own calendar is limited to showing meetings of a fixed length, defaulting to 30 minutes.
By using the Calendar Plus board view, you can easily display these CRM meetings right inside monday.
To do this, you can sync the meetings in Google or Outlook calendar back to monday, and display them inside Calendar Plus, complete with start and end times.

Set up calendar synchronisation
Next, you need to set up the calendar synchronization. This will sync the meetings from Google or Outlook Calendar to a board in monday.
