Welcome to Calendar Plus (the Service). By using our service, you agree to these Terms of Service. Calendar Plus is an app for monday.com operated by 
automagical.work (Automagical Work) as part of Stable Variance Ltd. These Terms of Service apply to all admins, users, guests and others who access or use the service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using our Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms of Service, you may not use our service.
2. Change of Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of any changes, and your continued use of our application after such notification will constitute your acceptance of the revised terms.
3. Description of Service
Automagical Work provides apps for the monday.com App Marketplace with the intent to optimize your productivity and manage your work and business. Calendar Plus is created to enhance and extend the functionality of the monday.com platform.
Under these terms you agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Post or transmit any content that is unlawful, illegal, defamatory, abusive, obscene, discriminatory, or otherwise objectionable.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or any other user’s account.
- Modify, adapt, or reverse engineer the Service or interfere with its functionality.
4. Correspondence
We may contact you for these reasons:
- To inform you of changes to the Terms of Service or to the Privacy Policy.
- To inform you of disruption to the Service, or major changes to the Service that may negatively impact your use of the Service.
- To welcome you to the Service and provide you with more information.
- To reach out to you in regards to your subscription status and changes that you make to it.
- To reach out to you personally in regards to our service/product.
- To obtain permission from you for marketing purposes.

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of its original creators: Automagical Work as part of Stable Variance Ltd.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach the Terms of Service.
You may also terminate your use of the Service at any time by discontinuing your use of the Service and uninstalling the Service via your monday.com account.
8. Limitation of Liability
Our service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties. We shall not be liable for any damages or loss resulting from your use of the service and make no warranties in regards to availability, accuracy or completeness.
